Lytton - Home Health

Home health provides appropriate supports so residents with Interior Health are able to recover from illness, injury, and manage chronic conditions at home. Currently, IH offers some home health services in Lytton and is focused on recruitment of positions that can deliver more of these services in the community in an ongoing way.

Home health services may include, but are not limited to:

• assisting with activities of daily life
• providing services that promote independence
• supporting early discharge from hospitals
• nursing care
